This Return and Exchange Agreement applies to clay figurine products sold by Hong Kong Pengxin Trading Co., Ltd.

Returned goods must be properly packaged to avoid secondary damage during transportation.

The company reserves the right to the final interpretation of this return and exchange agreement and may adjust it as needed.
