V. Transportation Risks

Please ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate. The recipient shall bear the responsibility for any delivery failure or delay caused by an incorrect address. VIII. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances).

IX. Agreement Amendment

The Company reserves the right to amend the contents of this Transportation Agreement without prior notice.
